1. 8-A-Side Cricket Tournament MGM's IOM takes pride in arranging various sports tournaments and Cricket 8-a-side is one of those initiatives. As quoted, Cricket is a gentlemen's game. We Indians eat cricket-breathe cricket-sleep cricket.

As a revolutionary concept, cricket 8-a-side consists not only of 8 boys and 2 girls for each team both from seniors and juniors but also a team of faculty members. It provides a great opportunity for everyone to know each other, inculcate team spirit, and come together as a family.

2. Director's Trophy Intra College Case Study Competition Case study is a management laboratory where future managers can experiment and find innovative and creative solutions to the real life issues and problems. Director's Trophy is an intra-college case study competition,which provides a forum where students work in teams in their endeavour to solve real life problems. Best-brains and Presenters in the D.T.C.S.C. are given an opportunity to represent college at Inter-State as well as National Levels.

3. Personality Development Council The prime objective of an MBA programme is to develop the personality of each student and impart necessary skills & abilities that will help them excel in their professional life. At MGM'S IOM, we have an independent student's personality council that strives to enhance & polish the skills of future managers. It is through activities like memory games, group discussions, personal interviews, extempore and role playing,that students see themselves and each other improving day-by-day.

4. Quiz Competitions To keep abreast with current happenings, and to increase the competitive spirit at MGM'S IOM, we successfully organize various inter-college as well as intra-college quiz competitions related to various areas such as business, sports, advertising & marketing, branding, etc. We organize monthly quiz competition BIZZ-QUIZ that encourages students to participate more, with attractive prizes. Members from winning team earn an opportunity to represent the college at State and National Level Competitions
